The Sport Tuned motor is a 23 turn motor rather than 27 turn like the stock 540 motor, so you should see more speed. However, with reference to your other thread, get an F/R esc first. If you want Tamiya, the TEU-101BK is a nice little number that will easily handle the Sport Tuned motor. HTH get an F/R esc first.
