Looks like the Twin Force might be going obsolete after all in
preference to the new Twin Force Spirit.  Tower Hobbies had the older
model listed as "order pending" recently and now I see it's changed to
"discontinued".  I hope Tower Hobbies do plan to stock the Spirit as I
was saving up for the older model and now it's gone!

I'm one of these endless window shoppers really who cringes at the price
of these "big boys toys" yet is hoping the planets line up at some point
in the future and I get the green light!

OFNA started the twin mill craze, with the TITAN. To me personally this
aspect of R/C is custom and NON-PRACTICLE! It seems like wanting a
headache. To time twin motors? One is enough.
If you really love to tune go for it! For 2 seems like it would be some
kind of weird addiction! Hell i think 'crackheads' designed these
things!
Hey just my $.02 worth.......

Twin Force is electric, nothing to tune.  Like the rest of the big
electric monsters it has two 550 motors.

Tower has all the Mini-Zs discontinued also, as well as all the rest of
their Kyosho stuff that is not in stock.  It is a Tower thing only,
Kyosho is not dropping any of those items.  If you want a TF you will
need to find a source besides Tower.

Kyosho is actually growing in the US and has picked up some new racers
to sponser.  Opinion around my local track is that they are going to
try and take some of the thunder from AE and Losi in the electric
off-road scene in the states.

I called Kyosho about the Twin Force Spirit before I ordered my Twin
Force and was told to wait until RCX (RC Expo) when they will show off
a lot of new items.  He could not tell me any more then that he said.
I did not want to wait that long so I got the plain Twin Force.

"Kyosho has changed distributors in the USA and they are unable to tell
us when supplies will be more available.

Thank you for writing Tower Hobbies. We appreciate your time and your
business with us.
