I was hoping someone  could tell me how a starter box works and is it worth
getting one instead of a pull start.
Thanks

Starter boxes only work with models that have the flywheel extruding past
the chassis plate.  If the flywheel is sticking out past the chassis plate,
all the starter box does is turn the flywheel thereby turning the motor and
thereby starting the motor.  Most starter boxes also have a spot to plug in
a glow plug ignitor.  Most require a 12V deep-cycle battery and then also
charger for the 12V battery.

If you have to pop off your body to get at the pull starter then an
electronic means of starting the engine is preferred.  If you can get at the
pull start with the body attached, I'd save my money as it's gunna set you
back about $150 for everything.
