Hi, all

I'm looking for a local R/C cars hobby store in my area.
Particularly I need to buy some Sub C NiCad rechargeable batteries to
build a battery pack.  I live in Northern Virginia.

Would appreciate if someone could help on this

thanks

Radio Shack sells some cheap sub-c cells in a stick pack for their RC
cars.  Otherwise look in the phone book for hobby stores.  HobbyTown is
a franchize likely to carry them.

As a side note, NiMH batteries have replaced NiCd as the batteries of
choice for most hobbiests.  The have the same voltage and much higher
capacities.  They only cost a dollar or two more, and they don't have as
many pollution issues after disposal.
