Hi all..

Just completed building my Nitro Racer but with one query.  Which of
the carb air filters fo you apply filter oil too.  The White outside
one, the inner blue one or both?

Tech,

If you have a 2-stage filter, with a cylindrical foam inner and a foam outer
that slips over the filter body, you can oil both.  The inner is ALWAYS
oiled, the outer can be oiled if you'll be driving in extremely dusty
conditions.

Now if you're just talking about a stock filter with two foam pieces that
fit inside the filter body, both get oiled.  It would help to know the type
of model and type of air filter!

Hi Doc.

Its a  Kyosho GX-12

I've found the info in the manual that has come with the Partworks.
One or both sponges can be oiled with the denser foam sponge being the
lower one in the filter housing.
