I ordered from Tower Hobbies twice last year,
No problems getting the orders, but shipping is pricey.
And it took 6 weeks to get the parts to Portugal.
(NOTE: It took 1 week from USA to Portugal Customs and there it sat for 5
more weeks).

They have a 1 week Fedex Option (if you Call or Fax.. not on the web though)

Parts came packed nice, and all paper work was inside the box.

I can't tell you what your extra charges are going to be, but I paid about
33% extra total (Not including exchange)

Would i do it again?  Only for hard to find items (I'm livin in a small
town)  Other wise I order from France or Spain.
