Yep, was going to say, next tune will be with fuel just under the seam..
Re the HSN, I cant set it with reference to its base, it is a plastic screw
that molds over the shaft.
I agree with you about the rich HSN and lean LSN, and I was going to test
this theory with the truck in the air tune trick. I understand its not
going to be a perfect tune, but it is a good way to get in the ball park
with a carb with mixture screws up the warzoo!
Oh and thats why I asked Dan about his LSN and whether it is in or out or
flush, mine is currently 1mm *in* from flush (which when I was tuning it
thought bloody hell thats screwed in a long way)

Roger that, check, all good on that front!

Okay, this is promising, as my picco sounds a lot higher than the 46..
Might be a displacement thing or possibly just different pipe design (hmmm,
wonder how the pipe from the picco would go on the k46, double hmmm, wonder
how the picco would go in the savage! :)

yep, around 90-100deg so not at all hot. Funny thing was when it was
stalling out right at the end of the run, the temps went down to 65deg!!!!
(Celsius)
This also is an indication that my HSN is too rich.

<mumble mumble>I'm jealous :)<muimble mumble>
Well the rain has held out today so I think I'll try and give it another run
tonight.
Thanks for all the help so far btw, much appreciated!
