I want to spend around a hundred bucks, but maybe a bit more for a good
charger that will charge 2  (6 or 7 cell) packs. I was ready to get the
"ice" but it only handles 1 pack at a time. I really like all the features
of the ice but don't want to buy 2 of them.

Any help would be appreciated much.

The Dynamite Twin Peak charger charges two packs using AC or DC at 4amps
each pack. It works great on any batteries up to 3300mah.

It's nothing like your new ICE, but for the money it's a good charger. I
own two of the Twin Peak.

What I like about the ice is that I am able to determine the condition of
"older" batteries as well as control the charge rates.
