you need to get "CA glue"

it's like  SuperGlue(TM), but made for mounting RC tires.

When you get to the hobby shop and find the CA (cyanoacrylate) glue, you'll
note some "tire glue" right next to it.  The CA is clear, the tire glue is
rubberized CA and is black.  Either THICK CA or "tire glue" will work.

make sure to place your fingers to your forehead for 30 seconds while
glueing tires.
