Yesterday I went to try and start my my warhead. I never got it
started. It pulled over very hard. I took out the glow plug pulled on
the cord and it pulled very easy. Today I went to try again and the
cord broke. When taking out the engine to fix the cord I had to pull
off the air filter to get the engine out. Where the air filter meets
the carb it was full of fuel. It that right? The guy that was with me
said that wasn't right. While I was pulling on the starter I had fuel
dripping out of the exaust. Is this right? Do I abandon the pull
start on the engine and buy a starter box or is there something wrong
with my engine.

That means it was flooded, and if you didn't overprime it, it means the
engine is set too rich and pulling the starter has sucked too much fuel
through, flooding the engine and locking it, hence the hard to pull. It
sounds like it needs leaning out a bit - as always though, engine issues are
very hard to sort out over the internet, as without being able to see and
hear an engine, personally I find it very hard to advise.

You flooded it (very badly from the sounds of it), which made the pullstart
hard to pull and broke the cord. Next time that happens, take the glow plug
out, flip it upside down and yank the cord several times to drain all the
fuel out of the engine.
If your glow plug or ignitor are pooched this will cause a flood-start
situation as there isn't any heat to get the motor to fire.
As this is a new truck, have you actually got it to run yet?

Yes this is a new truck. How do I keep it from getting flooded? Is a
starter box or the tiger drive my awnser? I have a Savage & a Revo. I
do not have any problems starting those.

The engine is flooding because it is not starting. Figure out why it isn't
starting and it'll stop flooding. Possibilities:
1. Dead glow plug
2. Dead glow plug ignitor
3. LSN way too rich
4. Idle too low
5. Carb not open 25% when attempting to start
6. Overpriming

Once flooding is fixed by prior stated means-
To get new engine to turn over easier heat up the engine with a
hair-dryer if you have one. Point heat at plug and engine block.
You can also loosen plug just a bit then once started tighten it down

I tried to get the engine started again last night. I couldn't get it
going. The two other people with me also were trying. My hand was
getting to sore. My glow plug starter finally ran out of battery. I
have ordered a tiger drive for this engine. My question is since the
engine came with a pullstarter is it going to be ok to try and start
the engine with a roto starter device? Or should continue to try and
get it started with the cord?

If you can't start it with the pullstart it likely won't start with the
Tiger Drive either. It won't hurt it any, but it likely won't help either.
Has this truck EVER run? Is the motor BRAND NEW?

With the hydrolock problem, you can unthread the glow plug just a hair
and then start the engine. After the the engine is running, tighten the
glow plug back down.

I went a bought a Tiger Drive for the Warhead (had to modify the TVP
but got it in). Got it going. It runs nice. Not as tough soundin as
the Savage but fast. Good thing there is a 1 year warranty with this
truck I have broken the Shock tower (Front), bumper, and turn buckles
in one accident. It was my fault I lost control on a cement floor with
dust on it (slippery). I got it fixed and not 20 minutes later a I
broke the front chassis frame. The time I got to run it between
accidents it seemed darn fast. I still think I like the Savage. Turn
around time on the warranty parts was 8 days. - nice and fast.
