MGT has two speed, reverse, and good power. I have one and it is a
certainly is a monster. Note that if you do get one, locktite all of
the drivetrain pins. It is fast, big, and can tackle pretty amazing
terrain. It is pretty durable. When drive the thing up a big hill and
if it flips over, it just rolls and bounces all the way back down
again. I think that the big tires soak up much of the abuse. It is
relatively inexpensive too.

Yea i've been in on the break in and running of a pair of MGTs - both the
older .21 ones though. They were both fine, except for the age old drive
pins coming out issue, that can be fixed with some red stud lock tho, or
some shrink wrap. However, one of them got a lot of alloy put on it (arms
etc) and after that it was never right and kept breaking - presumably the
shock was been sent to the wrong places. As stockers, both handled like
buses - those huge, fat, soft tyres and little wheels are very much for
taking shock. A set of 40 series improves things so end. Stock shocks tend
to blow as well.
Aside from those few little niggles tho, decent truck. Mind you, I'd rather
have my Savage ;-) I'm not a fan of reverse, it causes my problems IME than
it's worth, but it can be added to a Sav.

Thanks for the info. One thing though, I'm not sure what you mean by
"40 series", could you elaborate a bit? I loooked through Tower's
website through the wheel and tire section, but didn't notice any
reference there.... Please let me know, and I'll definately get to
threadlocking the drivetrain pins. Thanx

Available on Ebay, and probably through loads of US places, I'm in the UK so
can't help you with where. Basically, they're big and wide :) However, I'd
recommend running the truck as stock first, the handling might not bother
you, and even if it does, there are a lot of things that other people do to
help it, 40 series are just a personal preference for me.
