Yank the wire from the glow plug and use a standalone glow plug ignitor on
the plug.
The spur isn't spinning because the motor isn't spinning fast enough to
engage the clutch shoes and spin the clutchbell.

Or if you dont have the revised 2006 version of the manual then you would
look on page 31 and 42.
Or you could just replace the glow plug which many people would recommend
replacing after breakin anyway and check the blue lead that goes to the glow
plug. On my T-maxx the body cut through this blue lead on the first tank
after the breakin procedure.
