Hi
Can anyone offer any opinions on which is the best...

HPI Savage F4.1 vs Schumacher Menace 4x4x21

Or are there any others to consider?

Thanks

If you're a newb, stay AWAY from the Menace.  It's lightening fast, but
fragile as hell.  The Savage is invincible.

Revo, MGT, LST2, T-Maxx 3.3 all worth a look.

For flat out speed..the Schumacher will scream and blow away just about
anything with the TTR .21 Pro.
For maximum durability and easy parts locating..you can't go wrong with a
Savage.
If you want top speeds and are going to run on well groomed off road
surfaces and on road (with street tires) and have access to the Schumacher
parts easy, the Menace would be cool.
If you want to just basically be able to drive anywhere (rougher surfaces)
and bash around, the Savage is very different terrain tough!
Basically they are two very different trucks.
One being low slung and the other with more clearance. One built for speed
and the other built for torque.
Atleast this is the way I perceive them, as an apple and an orange.
There are a lot of other different 4x4 trucks on the market.
Do a little more studying to decide what is right for you.
Monster Trucks
Stadium Trucks
Truggies......
