Any advice on which of these 2 are best for a bashing....

It will be used on skate board ramps so suspension will be key and I
know both of these 2 have oil
filled shocks.

I was also wondering about ground clearance as well incase they get run

on grass, but I can't find any info for either model...

I guess I could also consider the Dark Impact as well, but is it really

worth the extra money ?

If you're buying it primarily to bash with on ramps, consider a monster
truck instead of a buggy.  Well worth the additional $$$ for the squishy
tires and long-travel suspension.  All of the buggies you have listed will
disintegrate very quickly if you're ramping them, as that's not what they're
designed to do.  Of the three, the Dark Impact is the toughest.

I have a Rising Storm, which is exactly the same as the Gravel Hound (only the body is different). It will run on grass just fine,
provided the grass is regularly cut. With the standard 540 motor it will bog down if the grass has been left to grow long for a
while.

Mine has survived quite alot of abuse so far, but it's starting to feel a little neglected as I recently purchased a 1/8 scale nitro
stadium truck. :-)

Cheers,
Dale
