Not quite as much metal as the original from the look of the pics.  Not
quite as realistic as the original either, I mean with the right angle
and paint job, the original bruiser could be mistaken for a photo of a
full size Hilux.  This one is slightly more cartoony looking but
definitely not ugly.  Very tempting...

There are 10 types of people in this world; those who understand the
binary numbering system and those who don't.

There's no place like 127.0.0.1.

ASCII a silly question, get a silly ANSI.

I must say, when I read the subject i was like.......Fricken a**holes.
Why would they ruin such a great piece of RC history by re-releasing a
new bruiser. I thought it would be an exact replica like that of the
Hornet, Grasshopper and Lunchbox. Thus totally bringing down my desire
to own and actual bruiser. Then............I anxiously clicked the link
holding my breath...............saw the blue truck and said to
myself.......that's not a Toyota!!! That's not a Bruiser!!! Damn you....

don't scare me like that again.

Looks great (but it's no BRUISER).

I wish they would rerelease the old bruiser. I wanted one then and
want one now. but I am not going to pay 2000 for a new in the bo
bruiser. If I could buy a re released bruiser for 500 bucks and not b
scared to drive it because there were parts avilable that would b
great.

I will buy the Hi lift ford. but I am going to ditch the body. Don'
quite know what to replace it with.

I really liked the toyota body

I say come out with a bruser but with a new Tacoma body, or a new F
cruiser body but on the ladder frame. that would be cool.

I think I am going to dump some of my stuff and go ebay hunting for
origional Bruiser. I need one.

Last time i got my paper route money saved up they discontinued it an
the hobby shop sold the last one the day I went in to buy it. So
bought a Clod. 20 years later the clod still works.
But I still want a all metal 3 speed bruiser. This new truck will fil
a needed gap in the scale 4X4 market. Sad that they didn't re releas
the bruiser. I have been emailing Tamiya to re release it for years
This must be their answer to that
