I got a stock Nitro Sport SE w/ stock gears (72t spur/20t bell).  Went
to change to a 16t bell, and the spur wont connect to it..  Adjusted it
it by loosing up the mounting bolts and moving the eng. back as far as
it goes and still nothing..  Do I just need a bigger spur? or does
someone have any other adjustment suggestions?

thx..Jason

You have the right part, which leaves only one thing that could be wrong:
installation error.  Sounds like the cb is sitting too far up on the shaft.
Did you add any shims between the bottom bearing and the clutchbell perhaps?
Maybe inadvertently doubled up the bearings?  Sumthin' ain't installed
right!
