Where can I find Shoe Goo?

I`ve tried Wal-Mart ,Kmart and Payless.Even after describing it,none of them
know what it is.

In our local WalMart it's on a rack in the shoe section, the same place
where shoe polish, shoe strings, etc. are located. DR
