Howdy,
I bought some Chinese made 3500 mAH NiMH batteries off of eBay to power
my bicycle light. I'm finding they hold less than 1/2 of their
advertised capacity. I've tried anything from .1 to 1C charging. At
$2 apiece am I getting what I paid for or do I need to follow up with
the seller?
Thx,
Mark

When a seller promises 3500 mAH capacity as a selling point you should
complain regardless of what you paid for them. Either he will replace them
which is fine, or he will refuse in which case you can rate him down the
drain on Ebay....

Firstly, what type of batteries are you talking about? 2/3A's, AA's, Sub
C's, C's or D's???
Secondly, most NiMh batteries take a few charge cycles to come up to full
capacity.
