Finally got to watch because google video wasn't working for me.

Is something slipping in that truck?  Is the two speed working?

It seems to rev up to a certain speed real quickly then it just doesn't rev
higher and doesn't seem to get any faster.  Sounds like its stuck in 1st
gear or maybe 2nd but with the hi/low centre transmission in low.

Looks and sounds like it has plenty of power though.

yeh your right about the slippage the clutch isnt in too greater shape
on grass if i put my foot infront of the truck and open the throttle
right up it revs to a point and sits there and the wheels dont spin

the clutch shoes are over worn, i dremeled the groove down so they
would last longer but the shoes are too light so they dont get enough
bite. ill put a new set it and see how it goes

it does kick into 2nd a few times in that vid its not every time tho
maybe something else is wrong ill replace shoes first

im going to buy one of those spy cams off ebay, set it up with my
laptop, stap the cam to my car and take it bashing or racing. I havent
taken my car to to the track yet cars speed is crap at the moment am
going to rebuild it on the w/e polishing the head with a dremel wire
polishing tool instead of putting a new piston/sleeve in. One of my
previous posts shows what my head looks like atm ive run it too lean
but the engine still has great pinch.

Im doing rebuild/major engine clean tomorrow will post how it goes
