I recently bought a Tamiya Mo3 chassis and was just wondering if anyone
had any tips on spraying it? as i wish not to ruin it.

Which body have you got?  Or are you asking how to paint the chassis?

A good starting point is a paint that is suitable for painting plastic,
usually a water based paint.  Tamiya paints produce a excellent finish most
of the time.

Try this article:

I assume you are talking about painting the lexan body.  If you are new
to painting, go here:

I painted mine red with a white top.  All I needed was a can of each
color of Lexan spray paint and some masking tape.  Don't forget to scuff
the inside of the body (except the windows) with Scotchbrite or steel
wool, then wash completely prior to painting and it should come out
fine.  Of course, paint on the INSIDE!  LOL!!!
