on ebay i see parts for other savages.

*Seriously* doubt it as the Savage and E-savage/E-zilla are completely
different. I have both and thinking about it more, I'm going to say no you
cant. Bought the only thing thats common between them is they are both RC's
and they both have a TVP chassis :)
