What are people using to wipe down / clean the exhaust residue off
thier vehicles after running them?
I also seem to remember someone mentioning something about using K&N
filter cleaner or oil for the foam inserts...is this just the reg
stuff you can get at Canadian Tire?? or is it a specific type??

thanks for the info

Denatured alcohol in a spray bottle makes quick work of exhaust crud.  If
it's really bad a 3:1 ratio solution of denatured alcohol to simple green
works as well.

Any air filter oil will work fine: K&N, stuff for dirt bikes, etc.

denatured alcohol  is great but anytime  I mix it into a  spray bottle
it ruins the bottle so it won't spray anymore. I wonder why?
