go to www.vapextech.co.uk. they have a great charger there called 601bc.
it charges off 12 volt and comes with mains adapter.

plus there are these recommended on rcracechat
There are always a lot of questions on the suitability of chargers for NiMH
cells.
For a charger to be suitable for NiMH's the delta peak must below 60mV
(0.06V), the charger must also be a linear charger.
Many chargers claim to be compatible but tend to have delta peak values
around 200mV (0.20V) and/or pulse charge profiles.
To try and reduce it here is a list of chargers that are truly NiMH
compatible;
Pro-Trak, but check specific software version on their website.
Novak Millennium/Pro.
Eagle CDC v5.0/v6.0.
Reedy Quasar Pro.
CS Space charger/Pro.
Competition Electronics Turbo 30/35/BL/GFX.
Competition Electronics PitBull.
Competition Electronics Linear Turbocharger, but check software version.
Robitronics Expert.
Robitronic Overloader.
Pro Peak Elite.
Orion Pro Digital Charger D67.
Tekin 112A series dc/ac H27 or higher software.
Futaba CDR 5000.
KO Propo BX-213Mh.
Nosram Sirius.
Nosram Stealth.
LRP Pulsar Sport.
LRP Pulsar Competition.
Orion Advantage.
Much More CTX Cell Master
Integy CDC 6.0 /b (same as Eagle but for reference)

Is this charger needed to be used with the battery your using for your HB
Jumpstarter?
If so then you don't need to spend big dollars on a top end charger that
charges everything under the sun.
Have a look at www.modelsport.co.uk Most of the AC or AC/DC chargers will
suit your needs for under £30. There's even a Mtroniks AC charger there that
will charge your radio batteries, receiver batteries and jumpstart pack for
just over £10.
