What are those called? Keywords please?

Also, how long/wide is the operational part of that, the curved part
from one side to the other? I'm not sure if it would be called width
or length.

They look to me like either shock standoffs or wheel adapters/extensions...
Although dont know what RC would require that small of an allen head to hold
the wheel on...
And if standoffs,don't know why the hex.....
