in 3 minutes.. i justt put on a new clutch bell and its still doing
it... the gears mesh and line up so i know its not crossing

I was trying to get a metal spur gear thinking that it might help.....
but i looked for one and couldn't find one i was wondering if anyone
knew were to get one i would appreciate it it very much thanks...

Check to see if the chassis is bent. That will make the gears sit at a
slight angle and cause them to eat themselves up. A metal spur gear will
just hide (temporarily) the underlying problem. make sore the engine
mount is not in crooked or loose, shimmed unevenly. .
