Black Widow Pro battery charger question

I've got a Black Widow Pro battery charger. It has two green lights,
apparently designed to sense whether it is NiMh or NiCd batteries being
charged. The light indicating NiMh is always lit, even though all of my
battery packs are NiCd.

I have one battery pack that won't charge. After about two minutes on
the charger, all four red lights on the charger start blinking rapidly.

I have another battery pack that won't even start charging. In other
words, when you push the Start button, you never get the solid red
charging light. It just continues to blink.

I don't have the instructions that came with the charger and don't know
what any of these things mean. Does anyone else have any idea?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like Global Hobby distributes it. Their website lists the Promax
products but doesn't support the chargers with any manuals or other
documentation.

Found this though:

"You can reach us at the following phone number: 1-714-963-0329 or fax
to 714-964-6236. A customer service representative will be happy to
assist you. The hours a live person can respond to your inquires are
Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Please note that these time are
Pacific Time."

Thanks for the pointer, Kenji.

I called them and the fellow who answered the phone wasn't too helpful.
He was unable to refer to the manual or instruction sheet for the
charger, and just told me that the four lights blinking simultaneously
probably meant there was something wrong with the charger, and that when
a charging cycle wouldn't start probably meant there was something wrong
with the battery. He didn't know whether you had to tell the charger
what type of cell you were charging or whether the charger would
automatically sense the type of cell.

If anyone with the Black Widow Pro charger still has their instruction
sheet, and would be willing to take a look and see if any of these
things are explained, and then post the info, I would be most grateful.

Thanks in advance.
