Mini cooper problem after running fast

I have this m03 mini cooper and put an engine of unknown origin that the
hobby shop guy only could say "wow" when I asked him about it. I paired it
with a novak hammer pro and yes, this litle monster can move.

Problem is, after 5 minutes it starts to vibrate on deceleration. I havent
gotten around to putting metal bearings. Would this most likely be the
issue?

TIA

Can you give a better description of the vibration?  Is it the whole car or
just the motor?  Yes, axles will vibrate in bushings if they are
sufficiently worn.  Try some lightweight oil on the bushings to see if that
helps.  Too much oil will attract dirt, though.  If you can get sealed
bearings, that will be much better.

It's not the motor itself, sounds like it is coming from the front end, only
when slowing down(it's a FWD). They are oiled at the moment, using a heavier
grease, but I plan to switch to bearings next weekend.

I would check the powertrain.  is it belt or shaft drive?
