New ST-15 out of box, won't start. All settings are set based of
material enclosed in shipment. Glow plug was bad, replaced it and it
starts for 3 approx. seconds, and then stops. Fuel is running out of
exhaust. My neighbor that got me to buy it has 6 different models and
he can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.

Lost in PSL, Fl.

Is it possible you have an air leak somewhere? Hoses, fuel tank, carb
not connected correctly?

If it dies when you take the gp ignitor off, I'd say either the LSN is
rich or the GP is too cool or dying.  Might also want to snug down
head/header bolts.

Also check the glowplug washer, if you have tightened this down too much it
will cause an air leak in around the plug and will give the symptoms you
describe, my nephews car did this recently until we changed the washer and
problem solved.
