I wanted to wash my car as it has heaps of crap on the bottom aluminium
plate but I don't know if it will affect anything by carefully hosing it.
Is there a proper way to clean a Nitro Car.
Thanks

Hosing it down with water is a good way to destroy electronics
(servos, receiver, etc).
THere are commercial products available, although I tend to use compressed
air, or denatured alcohol in a spray bottle.

Spray bottles containing:
-citrus cleaner available at any LAPS
-water
-rubbing alcohol
Spray down with all three, in above order. Works great.

get some denatured alcohol from a paint supply store or home depot. Spray
the car with the alcohol and then blow it dry with compressed air. Denatured
alcohol is stronger than rubbing alcohol and will do a much better job of
cleaning the car.
