That's not bad if it can do both batteries, indoors, at 4.5 amps. The only
other dual charger I saw is the Intellipeak, it does 3.5 for AC & DC. The
price isn't bad.

The MRC 969 will only charge one 7.2v battery @ 4.5 amps while
using the included power supply. If you want to charge 2 7.2v
batteries at the same time (ie: E-Maxx), you'll need a better
power supply.

Thanks for the input Scott. I've been researching dual chargers today on
newsgroups. It came down to 3:
Duratrax Intellipeak Dual Charger - Many people have had problems with this,
old ones even burned up.
MRC 969 - People had good things to say about it. They say it can charge 2
batteries at 3 amps each.
Dynamite Twin Peak - This one seemed like the best deal to me. I don't need
all the bells and whistles, just some good brute power.

We race once a week. The Twin Peak charges two GP3300's at the same time
at 4 amps. We run three cars in the races and this charger does a fine
job at basic charging.

Damn, I realized that charger is out of stock at Horizon Hobbies and some
other places. Do you know of any reputable stores online that carry it? I
check around locally here too, but I didn't really want to spend a ton of $.

Just put in my order with them! It's worth the wait.
