Well at UltimateRC.com there are links to an old racing spec called J-Spec.
Basically you take an old 10-scale truck, put a car body on it and put pins
on all 4 tires.  That should be pretty close to what you're looking for.

BTW, RC rally cars are 4wd, so don't be surprised if you get a buncha
rightious RC freaks lecturing you on that point.
