Are these durable?

I hear that they're not very durable, but might stand up to occasional use.
What're you gonna do with them?

Set them on the driveway and launch my Stampede off of them.  :-)

But if they aren't durable, I'd rather just set some plywood on a
brick.

Walmart sells a black plastic BMX bike jump for $20. I figure I might
head down that road.....

The DTrax ramps are very light weight. They move every time you hit them,
they even blow around in the wind. They seem to fatigue a lot where the
metal rods plug into the edges. On the good side... they can be stored flat.

Thanks...glad I held off on it.
Also, they have a little video on their website....you can actually
SEE the ramp move when the truck hits it!

Not very good marketing.  :-)

I have a Stampede too. It's fun running it on concrete because it's much
faster. I was thinking about buying a piece of 1/4 inch plywood, cutting it
in half then joining it with a couple small hinges. Then just tie a string
to hold it in place. Then I want to hit that thing while already in a turn
and see what happens.

I have the Duratrax ramp.  It is actually pretty bad.  The sides are too
short, so it just launches the vehicle straight into the air.  Plus, it is a
pain in the a.s to set up because as soon as I have placed the metal in the
board, the damn thing comes out on the other side.  I definitely don't
recommend it.
