Seems like I do this every other year... I'm sure I'll be back in a year
to do it all over again. Anyway, here goes:

WOW! Looks great, thanks for the realistic description of the lot.
It seems rare now to get a listing that doesn't sound it was composed
by a used car salesman.
Good luck, looks like you really took care of this baby.

Thanks John. I do try to be as honest and reasonable as possible. I
always sell at a loss :( LOL

I usually end up selling everything, and then buying it all back again a
year later. I figure if I'm honest and noone buys it, then that just
saves me a step!
