I took out my Tmaxx today for the first time in a while  in a parking lot.
It handled like garbage , tipping, rolling over and the tires even wanted to
roll off the rim(CA kept then on). Once I got it on the grass it ran and
handled great. My questions are, Will street tires help it's pavement
performance?  Secondly what is better for hard turns and fast straight line
speed, stiff or soft shocks and springs?
thanks

If it's on concrete and asphalt stiff is better.

Changing the suspension setup will help make it more stable.  See your
manual.  That info is in the last 1/3rd somewhere.
