Japan Dryer Question

OK. I saw a can of this at a hardware store and remembered
reading here on the group about it. I can only remember the
name and not what we use it for. It was a small can and not
expensive so I bought it.

So what is it used for?

It's drying agent for oil paints that makes them dry in hours instead of
days. It's not very useful for enamels.

it works on some latex....
