Books, websites - anything. I've turned up precious little on my own.
Looking for pics of both men and equipment from WWII to today.
Models too if anyone has pics or knows of any gallery sites out there.
Quick question - when did the CG adopt the Air Force style uniforms?
TIA

Do a Google search on "coast guard" and "schiena", as in
Robert Schiena. He has two very good books, one USCG vessels
from 1946 - 1990 one on the USCGC Duane and another on the
USCGC Courageous.
It seems to me that Schiena also did a xxxx-1945 book on
USCGC vessels, but it is rare. Very rare.

Only ones I know of in plastic are the old Revell models
of the Wind class ice breakers and the treasury class cutters.
Wood offers some of the rescue boats. Nobody seems to offer
the more modern cutters.

Sorry, scratch the Duane and Courageous. However, the
book covering WWII for the USCGC is:
Schiena, Robert L. (1982). U.S. cutters and craft of world war II.
