ARM Zvezda T-72?

Just wondering about the provenance and quality of the Zvezda T-72
kits. I had long assumed they were from old surplus Dragon molds, but I
recently discovered that another Zvezda kit, the Panzer III E, is not a
Dragon mold, but an original tool "inspired" by the Dragon mold. So
what about the T-72 kits? Are they Dragon repops, original pirated
copies that faithfully duplicate all of Dragon's errors or an actual
improvement on the Dragon items? Cookie? Anybody?
TIA

Maybe you will find something about Zvezda models there

I noticed the Zvezda Pz III E looked like a copy of one of my Dragon Pz
III kits, but with softer detail and the sprue parts more crude. I've
got enough Dragon T-72 and T-80 kits to last me until the second coming
so I've passed on the Zvezda kits. My guess is that they are licensed
copies as opposed to pirated kits or leased molds.
