Has anyone here experienced problems dealing with Bel, Inc.
(www.beldecal.com)? I ordered some decal paper from them 3 weeks ago.
They took my PayPal money, and have so far delivered nothing. My
e-mails have gone unanswered. With my phone calls to their customer
service department, two messages I left went unanswered. The two times
I did actually speak to someone, I was (1) put on hold and forgotten,
and (2) told "the computer is down but we'll call you back in 15
minutes." That was several days ago -- no response.
Has anyone else gotten a similar run-around? Are these guys legit, or
a rip-off?

They have been around for a while. They are legit.
Having said that, I never bought anything from them.
And I've heard more horror than good stories about their decal paper
(at least when used on Alps printers).
That is all I know about them.

Well, after a lot of hassle, they finally delivered, almost a month
after I ordered. It appears there are some bugs in their online
ordering system, not to mention their customer service. So, we'll see
if their decal paper is any good.
