According to http://www.hannants.co.uk/search/?FULL=IT0099&PIC_NO=1 the
Italeri kit has decals for Spain and UK only.

I wear the cheese. It does not wear me.

Hmmm having said that, the UK and Spanish options may simply be those
illustrated on the box.

Decals - These are well printed and well detailed and available for each
nationality flying the prototypes.

So now I don't know *what* to think...

It took some days to find the box in the attic, but it was worth the
answer: "yes" and "no".
Actually, the full decals included are just for the German and Spanish
examples, the British rendition has just roundels and white serials,
then there are six Italian low visibility cockades, enough for Italeri
to say that the kit includes Italian markings, but the kit was released
long before the first Italian two-seater (pre-series MM.X-614) was
completed.
Apart from cockades, it should have Alenia logos, the 4th Stormo
pranching horse emblem and various stencils, not to mention the
lettering near the front cockpit for the Alenia's chief test pilot, and
former astronaut, mission specialist of the STS-75, Cdr. Maurizio Cheli.
