My friend in Scotland wasn't able to get one for me. :-(
Hope that he has better luck with the Nimrod.

You could always go for membership then get 'first dibs' on a kit.

You're not missing much, Tom - it's a fairly ordinary effort. If you get
really stuck though, let me know - I'll see what I can do from here
(although postage is a killer from Aussie)

Rob
Please e-mail me off sight.
While I realize that it's not that good of a kit I have wanted an
injection molded TSR-2 for decades. I don't build for competition so I
should be happy with the results.

Hi Rob, Was in Mr Toys at Nambour ( Queensland, Aus) and they had heaps of
them. It's worth a look if you are passing through as they are a well
stocked shop for the plastic fans. I think they have so much plastic on the
shelves they are running out of space. certainly a nice change . saw the
atlentic U-boat and the new big SAR boats from Revell in 1/72, Latest
Italeri plus Edward Tamiya etc regards JimboD

That's funny, as the distribution of the TSR seems to be a bit hit and miss
here in Australia. Some of the hobby retailers I've talked to haven't seen
their orders yet (and some of them are big shops, too) and one in
particular said he doesn't expect to get any at all! And then I visit a
shop that I usually don't bother going to as their stock holdings are
generally less than impressive, and there's 4 of them. Like I said, a bit
funny...
But thanks for the heads-up - I'll look into it further and let the guys in
the local club know.

at Bris and had heaps so don't know how many are left, If you get stuck for
one let me know and I will see if i can get you one. regards JimboD

also Skyway Model Shop still has a bunch; you can check out the website
at http://www.skywaymodel.com/
I know that some of the TSR-2's will be going onto ebay with Extradecal
decals, but I don't know how many or when.
