Use an iron to tighten it. You can even get specially shaped ones at your
hobby shop.

Do a search for covering with monokote. You'll be busy for hours. There's
also a video section with a tutotial on covering.
Top Flite has a video out on how to cover with Monokote. You can purchase a
copy at your local hobby shop.

Block sand all surfaces to even up the surface and get rid of sharp ridges.
Only use the iron to attach the film at the edges.
After sealing all edges then use a hair dryer to tighten it up. This will
cause less warping of things like wings and tail surfaces.
