Is there a retailer for these French-made resin conversion kits in the
US? They still maintain a website, but it appears impossible to
actually order anything from them. For that matter, does anyone
anywhere stock their products?

I managed to get a few kits from them direct from France. That was a
few years ago and was like pulling teeth, if I remember correctly.
They're nice castings and were worth the bother.
