if you guys don't use yours, is there anyone who wants to
sell thiers? just need the unit, don't care about the paints
or other junk. i would want the name of a place to buy
sheets, if anyone feels like sharing that url.
i could actually use one for a variety of projects.
thanks, guys.

The sheets show up on ebay even more often then the machine.
There was another version in the 90s,that was hand pumped and couldn't
pull anything larger then a 1/72 canopy. The sheets were about the size
of a credit card.It was only about $10 so I tried it.Junk.But got lots
of uses for scratchbuilding from the little sheets!

For big things like parts for your bike, you're probably better off
building your own.I've never tried, but it doesn't look really hard. They
publish instructions every year or so in FSM.

for certain jobs, a vacum would work best.
like making two halves, filling and joining.

e:

if you really want one, just keep looiing on eBay.
Here is the search link
http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&satitle=m
attel+vac+u+form&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&fsop=1&fsoo=1

Right now there are several listed with $10 starting bid and no bids.
If you're patient enough, you'll find a bargain. No rocket science
here. :-)
