Bought a moon rover model for an acquaintance in Singapore, online store
wouldn't ship there. He paid me via Paypal +the fee and I sent it surface
mail. He received it in about 6 weeks.

I don't know about selling to Singapore but beware of buying from there,
particularly via eBay. I haven't bought any models from there but have made
four purchases through eBay from four separate sellers in Singapore within a
2-month period; two were small items of militaria and the other was a man's
tie. None was a large purchase; the most expensive being the equivalent of
about $12.00. In each case, the seller got the money, didn't send the
goods, and then dropped off eBay (or, perhaps changed their userIDs). From
my experiences, I'd say Singapore is full of mail-order thieves.
