Is there a concensus out there as two the best bet is for 1/72 scale
WWII 250 and 500 lb bombs? I am doing a P-40 with a 500 on the
centerline and a 250 under each wing. I am using the Academy kit with a
Hasegawa kit as backup.

The Academy kit has a nice 500, better shape than the Academy offering,
both have good detail. Neither offer 250s.

FWIW  Didn't Squadron used to have these available in resin in their
"True Details" line??

More legwork came up with Bill's suggestion, True Details 1/72 US 250
lb Bombs and Airways AW7129 250 lb Bomb Fns.

Any idea where I can get these? Anyone have two bomb's worth that they
can spare?

TIA

Tom
