Just found out they are doing a Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds Model of the MFM. Http://SculptoriaStudio.com Looks pretty neat,,, anyone know any more about this? Website only got the pics atm For those who may be unaware, the Jeff Wayne album was recently remixed in surround sound to coincide with the release of the Spielberg movie. It works on practically any surround settup and costs no more than the regular stereo CD. It really is a huge improvement over the original. I actually really liked the Martian war machines, they were 'right' - no wheels, axles, etc, all sliding plates - they even showed the Martians in the cellar puzzled over the bicycle wheel. Certain images were good - the burning train was excellent, and the tripods appearing over the hill at the ferryport was just perfect. But, yeah, overall, basically... hmm...
