(I left out museum or airshow display ones, as they wouldn't be under
normal operating conditions, and all of them seem to have the flaps and
slats up, probably for appearance's sake.)
It looks like some have them up, and some have them down.
Are the flaps and slats run by hydraulics? Because if they are, what
might be going on is that they are up at engine shutdown but then droop
over a period of time as hydraulic pressure on them lowers.
They sure look more interesting in the drooped position, especially the
drooping slats on one with the wings folded:
