AMT made the only plastic '64 Imperial that I know of and it was 1/25th
scale.  You'll have to check E-bay or look over Fred Stern's listings.

If, on the other hand, you're thinking of die-cast, I suggest you find a
Franklin Mint dealer.  Die-casts are more likely to be 1/24th or even
1/18th.
