Nope. I believe Heller used their 707 as a bases for that kit.

It is the AMT/ERTL kit with the early engines, they also released it with
CFM56 engines as the KC-135FR.
The Heller B707 was used as the basis for the Airfix/Heller E-3 Sentry, just
as in real life.
