Does anyone know if any paint range has this colour ready mixed (FS
35414 or BSC 697), or if there is a chart somewhere that tells me how
to mix this colour? I need it to paint the underside of a SAAF Impala.

White Ensign Models do Light Admiralty Grey - along with most other
Admiralty colours in ther colourcoats range.
